Currently we are shipping our cookies within Victoria, Australia.

We generally use Australia Post Express service to make sure your cookies get to you in a timely manner. The average delivery time for Australia Post is one business day. We charge a $15.00 flat rate for delivery.  If you live locally (e.g., within 5km of McKinnon/Ormond), we can hand deliver your products for $9.00.

We do not take any responsibility for orders that have not been able to be delivered for reasons such as provision of the wrong address, no-one at address to receive the order, no safe place to leave order unattended,  etc. This may delay orders, and occasionally when the issue cannot be resolved, it  may incur a redelivery cost.

 

If you are ordering in advance, please ensure you select a date at least 3 business days in the future. Your order will either be hand-delivered or sent by express post depending on your location, and in most cases, will arrive before or on the date that you've selected.

If you require an urgent delivery on the weekend, please contact us and we will endeavour to arrange an alternative courier (if possible).

If you require orders to go to different addresses, please enter each address as a separate order.

 

Please note that delivery costs for any special events or corporate orders will be discussed at the time of purchase. We will also be in touch to discuss options if you process a very large order (e.g., 100+ cookies).
